Job Brief:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the digital marketing industry.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks).
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications.
  • Manage and streamline the interview and selection process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Maintain a candidate database and track hiring metrics such as time-to-hire and source of hire.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and maintain a pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Conduct reference checks and assist in onboarding new hires.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment practices and familiarity with different interview techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software, social media, and job boards.
  • Experience:
  • At least 6 months of experience as a recruiter, preferably within a recruitment firm or the IT domain.
  • Preference will be given to Girls candidate.
